Douglas Clayton (AEA, SDC) is a director, producer and arts leader who is primarily based in Southern California. Douglas received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Theatre from USC, and did graduate work at Florida State University/The Asolo Conservatory. He has been nationally recognized in the American non-profit theatre for his work as the Director of Programming and Operations for LA STAGE Alliance, through which he produced the annual black-tie Ovation Awards and created a set of infrastructure, community-building and research programs that work to 'raise the floor' for the national performing arts community. www.DouglasClayton.com
