Jess Young is Director of Communications & Community Engagement at SOMArtsCulturalCenter, a multicultural, community-built space in San Francisco where cutting-edge events and counterculture commingle with traditional art forms. She supports queer performance both in her role at SOMArts and in her free time as a writer and editor for the collective and queer publication, Aorta Magazine.
