Kristóf Kelemen

Kristóf Kelemen is a dramaturg, author, and theatre director. He studied at the University of Theatre and Film Arts in Budapest and worked in various fields of theatre (classical and contemporary plays, documentary theatre, physical theatre, opera, musical, performance with homeless people). As a dramaturg he collaborated with directors like Árpád Schilling, Zsuzsanna Simányi, and Róbert Alföldi. While you are reading this title, we are talking about you is his third production as a director. He also wrote his own plays (I Have Nothing To Do Among So Many Dreamers, Behemoth). Since 2016, he has been a resident dramaturg at the Radnóti Theatre Budapest and a PhD student of University of Theatre and Film Arts.

Last year, Kristóf Kelemen and his creative team (Angéla Eke, Alexandra Horváth, Márk Horváth, Tamás Rétfalvi, Judit Tarr) opened a performance at Trafó House of Contemporary Arts which deals with the struggles of performing arts education through their personal experiences.
