Tiffany Vega-Gibson is a Partner and Co-Founder of Evolution Management Consultants and the President and Founder of La Vega Management.

Tiffany Vega-Gibson is a New Yorker and Puerto Rican based in New Orleans, LA. She is a Partner and Co-Founder of Evolution Management Consultants and the President and Founder of La Vega Management. She is also currently the Co-Producer of the WE WILL DREAM: New Works Festival, a Senior Consultant with Jennifer Brown Consulting, the Anti-Racism Consultant for the musical Millenials are Killing Musicals, and an Adjunct Professor of Theatre at Loyola University-New Orleans. She is on the National Board of the Parent Artist Advocacy League and is on the Steering Committee for the Latinx Theatre Commons. Tiffany is also an active member of Arts Administrators of Color, Alternate Roots, the Creative and Independent Producers Alliance, Women of Color in the Arts, and the National Association of Latino Arts and Cultures. Tiffany is also a certified Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion facilitator through artEquity and Northwestern University. She holds an MFA in Theatre Management & Producing from Columbia University and a BA in Theatre Performance from the University of Maryland-College Park.
