Abhishek Thapar (Moga, 1985) is a theatre maker, performer, teacher, puppeteer and artist currently based in Amsterdam. He holds a post-graduate diploma in Physical Theatre from LISPA, London and a Master in Theatre degree from DAS Theatre, Amsterdam. Currently, he is building an artistic research and practice in post-colonial epistemologies, historiographic metafiction and storytelling.
Rinku Kalsy is an Indian origin Documentary filmmaker based in Amsterdam. In the past, she has directed and edited various documentaries for Dutch television. She eventually started her own production company Anecdote Films, and her debut feature documentary "For the love of a man" had its world premiere at the 72nd Venice film festival. And eventually it was bought by Netflix. In 2019 Rinku along with Abhishek Thapar started an underground independent film screening space "Khopcha" in Amsterdam to curate independent cinema from the Indian subcontinent. Rinku has worked as a storyteller & a co-collaborator with Abhishek Thapar on two theater productions i.e. 'Surpassing the Beeline' and 'Cow is a Cow is a Cow'.
